3 years ago when I experienced turning down my partner every time he wanted to be intimate (because I was buried in some deep unconscious shame and didn’t believe that I deserved to experience pleasure - or that it was even that important among ALLL the other things I “should” focus on)…
It became a big enough pain point in my relationship that I knew I had to go inward and discover what was going on.
I went on a journey of sensuality, feeling my full range of emotions (vs. shoving them under the rug), discovering what turned me on, educating myself on the anatomy of female pleasure, healing shame in my body, working with renowned coaches + leaders in the field, and taking a lot more risks to get what I actually want.
I discovered that I wasn’t broken (or sexually dysfunctional).
I discovered I was actually HIGHLY kinky.
I discovered more of me.
I felt like ALL of me.
I felt whole.
This newfound confidence, connection and JOY positively impacted ALL areas of life - not just the bedroom.
Shame and sexuality are such taboo and vulnerable topics. I wondered how many other women were struggling in silence, alone…
I knew I had to be one of the brave ones to talk about what nobody else was… and decided to commit my life’s work to sexual and feminine reclamation…. guiding feminine beings on a transformative journey into their core energy, nurturing their nervous system, re-integrating what’s been lost or suppressed, and empowering them to embrace ALL aspects of themselves. Together, we reshape their identity, behaviors and actions, elevating them towards the results they desire, from the inside-out.
